Job Summary:
Under limited supervision, this position will provide service of high quality coffee drinks and meals at Crossroads Cafe, hire, schedule and provide guidance of part-time staff and performance of related administrative and leadworker activities. Position floats to all WI Union Markets and Cafes locations, as needed from day to day with potentially short notice of schedule.

Must be able to obtain ServSafe certification during the first six month probationary period.

Schedule Comment:
This position works as part of management team that has units open weekends and holidays. As part of that team it requires the position to work rotating weekend and holiday shifts.

This position works Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm with rotating weekend coverage every 5th week at Memorial Union Daily Scoop Ice Cream Shop.. When in weekend rotation this position works 10:00am - 6:00pm, and is off the Friday before and the Tuesday after. This position may also work occasional nights, weekends or special events. As lead worker, this position may require additional hours on a regular basis.

Your cover letter should specifically address your work experience and knowledge in the following areas:

1. Experience in working with food equipment and coffee machines, ie. turbo chef ovens, espresso machines and coffee brewers.

2 Financial experiences dealing with safe funds, cash bags, filling receiving reports out and payroll experience.

3. Experience in overseeing, leading, directing, coaching, hiring, scheduling and training a part time staff. Please list in detail.

4 Please list in detail your experience in ordering product performing monthly inventories etc..,

5. Exceptional customer service skills and front of the house experience in dealing with customers.

6. Minimum of 3 years experience in food industry.
