Position Summary:
The Center for Patient Partnerships (CPP) works to empower patients in the healthcare system. We advocate for patients and their families, educate future professionals, and perform research to help make medicine more inclusive.

The person in this position will support a portfolio of national initiatives at the Center for Patient Partnerships (CPP), under the supervision of Dr. Rachel Grob. This work centers on a family of research projects that deploy innovative methods for learning from patients about their experiences with health and health care, then leveraging insights from those experiences to transform medical education, clinical practice, and health system performance. Many of these projects involve multi-disciplinary teams of researchers, often working from universities around the US or around the world. The person in this position plays a central role in the administration of these activities, working with Dr. Grob and other team members to provide ongoing oversight of budgets, research staff, and project administration, as well as supporting the submission of grant proposals, IRB applications, end-of-year project reports, and website summaries of the work.
