Shift Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm; and occasional evenings and weekends.
Job Summary The College of Arts and Sciences is looking for an IS Technical Support Specialist III to serve as the Digital Media Production and Marketing Manager. The Digital Media Production and Marketing Manager is responsible for the production and distribution of all video, photography, and podcast projects for the college and works closely with the Director of Communications & Creative Services, as well as faculty and staff within the college. Responsibilities include but are not limited to developing processes, procedures and policies attendant to the production of media for the college; oversight of all aspects of digital media production; producing media for research related documentaries, public relations/marketing media, as well as occasional online-education and on-campus courses; managing video and photography staff; developing and maintaining a comprehensive multimedia marketing strategy; and conducting research on new technology as it pertains to media, special effects and production equipment.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities MS Windows, Office Suite, Experience troubleshooting hardware problems, printer problems, etc., experience using Final Cut Pro and digital signage Prezi.
