Position:  Inventory Analyst                                                              FSLA Status:  Non-Exempt

 

Reports to:  Global Supply Chain Mgr & Production Control Mgr            Department:  Operations

 

 

DUTIES INCLUDE:

 

• Drive Inventory Reporting Metrics (Globally)
• Assist in the Tracking of global supply chain inventory
• Run weekly inventory turns reports
• Work with Ops, Sales and Supply Chain to help drive improvement
• Attend inventory meetings
• Establish standard work related to inventory processes
• Drive compliance to standard work on inventory processes
• Engage Sales to provide feedback and on demand variations
• Attend SIOP meetings, and engage in customer demand discussions
• Assist or facilitate kaizen efforts
• Must be proficient in Excel
• Engage VS Managers and Plant Managers to be owners of the process

 

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

 

• Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Able to work with multiple teams as well as working alone in a self-directed environment
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of financial and inventory concepts

 

EDUCATION

 

• High school diploma and 2 – 3 year’s experience
• Associates Degree
