Job Summary:
Under general supervision, this position will manage the Badger Market Cafe located in the Meidcal Science building. Duties include hiring and scheduling of part time staff, ordering food, beverages and supplies, monitoring budget, monitor serveries/dining room, and maintain proper sanitation standards. Provide excellent customer service.

Additional Requirements:
Must have taken one of the following sanitation exams within the last three years and received certification or license or be able to obtain certification/license during the six month probationary period:

1) ServSafe certification by the Educational Foundation of National Restaurant Association.
2) State of Wisconsin Food Manager's License from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals.
3) National Assessment Institute's (NAI) Certified Professional Food Manager Exam from Experior Assessment.

Schedule Comment:
Monday - Friday
6:30 am to 2:30 pm

Summer schedule and during winter break: Monday - Friday 7am to 3pm.

This position will be required to work occasional weekends and special events.
