Hiring for Summer 2018

Location: Teachers-Dyer Complex, University of Cincinnati Main Campus

CECH is looking for a Student Worker for Marketing Services. Duties will include:
  • Assisting in digital marketing efforts for the College including:
    • Social media management
    • Digital signage production
    • Web content management
    • Writing and publishing news articles
    • Email marketing
  • Assisting in the production of print materials such as flyers, brochures, viewbooks, etc.
  • Proofreading and copy-editing
  • Scheduling and assisting in photoshoots and various College events


Job Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of major social media sites, skills in representing a business/organization preferred
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, etc.) products
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Appropriate dress and appearance


Starting hourly salary is $11.00/hr.

Minimum requirements

  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Enrolled at a post secondary institution or a secondary school;
  • Enrolled at least part-time (one or more credit hours if at a post-secondary institution), with the exception of summer term, or will be a registered student during the next academic term;
  • "Enrollment" shall include:
  • The period between two successive terms for which the student is enrolled.
  • The one "off" term in each academic year in which the student is not enrolled.
