Position Description:

Manages the production of Center for Business Growth and Innovation (CBGI) marketing materials; manages relationships with vendors, suppliers, designers, agencies, photographers, and technical personnel for production of marketing and communication materials; develops and implements an integrated marketing communications plan that guides communication with all constituencies; defines key goals and objectives for positioning UNI CBGI and its programs; plans, supervises and implements events that substantially impact CBGI programs; and collaborates with a variety of university constituents to facilitate information sharing for public relations and communications purposes.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations or related field required.

Required Qualifications:

At least five years of combined experience in developing brand marketing and public relations strategies or managing web/print publication production; and experience planning and coordinating events such as workshops or seminars required.

Desirable Qualifications:

Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, project management, creativity, team building, consensus building, and problem solving skills preferred.
