The University of Cincinnati (UC), Department of Athletics seeks applications for a Recruiting Quality Control to work in the Football program. This is a full-time position, salaried, with a comprehensive benefits package.
The successful candidate will be expected to coach student-athletes off the field and support the recruiting office. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and produce scouting reports, and video cut-up reports to coach student-athletes
- Break down of film to coach student-athletes
- Analyze data, charting tendencies to coach student-athletes
- Help maintain recruiting boards, Jump Forward database and statistical book
- Assist on official and unofficial visits
- Assist with the recruiting budget, travel and expense reports
- Ticket Office Liaison - organize and maintain prospect game day & junior day ticket list
- Office management - supply management, oversee student workers, prospect files.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree in a related field AND at least one year of related work experience OR experience playing football at the collegiate level OR coaching football at the high school or college level.
The position often requires evening and weekend hours.
