Job Summary:
Under general supervision and in the absence of a Food Service Manager, this position will lead the operations of the RathSkeller, Stiftskeller and Terrace bratstand, a large restaraunt operation with alcohol service. Will oversee high volume and exceptional quality food preparation, presentation and customer service. Assist in the training and development of part time staff to achieve the same professional standards throughout the unit.

Additional Requirements:
1. Possess or ability to obtain the following certifications within six months of hire.
A. Owner/Operator bartender license
B. State of Wisconsin Restaurant manager certification.
2. One year kitchen experience required.
3.One year Front of House or Back of House restaurant experience required.
4. Experience in Supervising/guiding kitchen staff required.
5. Experience in a restaurant with alcohol service required.

Schedule Comment:
Fall/Spring Semester schedule:
Friday - Tuesday 12:00pm - 8:00pm

Summer schedule:
Sunday-Tuesday 12pm-8pm
Friday-Saturday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Schedules may vary based on bsuness needs, including weekends and holidays.
