Spa Supervisor

Bella Santé, meaning ‘beautiful health’, is one of the most recognizable spa brands in New England.  We are seeking a Full-Time Spa Supervisor in our Newbury location to join our prestigious team. 

The Spa Supervisor is responsible for all front desk operations to include organizing and directing the staff.  This role is expected to embody Bella Santé’s core values and customer service philosophy and provide a nurturing environment that promotes health and well-being

While supporting the Spa Director, this position is a pro-active leader who is not only a resource for all employees but will organize, lead and direct work of the Concierge staff to maximize sales revenue and profits while providing optimal guest service.  This role is responsible for managing the opening and closing of the spa as well as maintaining and managing the spa register according to SOPs and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Education and Experience: 

3-5 years’ supervisory experience in customer service; spa or hospitality environment is preferred.

While this position does not have any direct reports, the ideal candidate is able to coach and influence employees in all areas of the Spa.

Candidate must be able to work days, nights and/or weekends as needed to meet business needs.
