Degree and area of specialization:
Bachelor Degree required, preferably in biological sciences or related field.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
At least 1 year experience with mammalian cell culture methods, including human primary cell cultures is required. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and independent with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Position Summary:
The UW Skin Diseases Research Center (UWSDRC) is dedicated to the advancement of knowledge and treatment of human skin diseases. It is one of only 6 centers of its kind in the United States. The Cell Culture Core (CCC) of the UWSDRC will provide an array of cell
lines and cell culture-related services to UWSDRC investigators involved in basic and translational skin biology research and also provide training for researchers in cell culture methods and manipulation cells in culture.
