Job Summary:
Under general supervision, this position will function and serve as a shift manager for the Memorial Union Restaurants. Duties will include overseeing quality food preparation, presentation and customer service at the units. Guide and direct student and full time staff. Oversee the training and development of staff and cash management.

Additional Requirements:
Possess or ability to obtain the following certifications within six months of hire.
1. Owner/Operator bartender license
2. State of Wisconsin Restaurant manager certification.

Requirements:
One year restaurant kitchen experience required.
One year Front of House or Back of House restaurant experience required.
Experience in supervising/guiding kitchen staff required
Experience woirking in a resaurant with alcohol service preferred
