Job Summary | CECentral provides educational and technical services to internal and external customers. As part of this service, we are responsible for providing CME / CPE to thousands of health care providers inside and outside of Kentucky. This position will further our mission by providing superior customer support, project management, and beta-testing. The position will play a key role gathering customer needs, working closely with internal project coordinators, and liaising with software engineers to ensure our workflows are fine-tuned and software enhancements well informed. A qualified candidate will have advanced technical acumen in the areas of beta-testing and project management for the Software Development Life Cycle, as well as proven customer service skills. |
