Physical Requirements Sitting for long periods of time, lifting objects up to 25 lbs, repetitive motion.
Shift Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (40hrs/wk). Available to work evenings and weekends IF required in rare circumstances.
Job Summary CECentral provides educational and technical services to internal and external customers. As part of this service, we are responsible for providing CME / CPE to thousands of health care providers inside and outside of Kentucky.
This position will further our mission by providing superior customer support, project management, and beta-testing. The position will play a key role gathering customer needs, working closely with internal project coordinators, and liaising with software engineers to ensure our workflows are fine-tuned and software enhancements well informed.
A qualified candidate will have advanced technical acumen in the areas of beta-testing and project management for the Software Development Life Cycle, as well as proven customer service skills.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Desktop support, Project Management, Communication, Team-orientation, Scrum, Microsoft Windows/Office, HTML / CSS , web-based applications, desktop technical support.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/Experience Associates Degree or Technical Degree; Experience with technical customer support in a professional environment; Experience with beta-testing and/or requirements engineering inside the SDLC .
