Position Description:
This is a part-time (24 hours per week) marketing and sales position that will support Strategic Marketing Services (SMS) and the Institute for Decision Making (IDM).
Primary duties include: markets and sells SMS market-research services to prospects by originating and fostering relationships with client groups and supporting/ancillary groups; authors and maintains currency of SMS and IDM annual marketing plans; develops promotional materials and custom report templates and graphics for SMS and IDM; and maintains client lists and tracks communications with past clients, current clients, and prospects for SMS and IDM.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field required.
Required Qualifications:
At least three years of experience in marketing and/or sales required.
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe InDesign or Illustrator; experience with data visualization software such as Tableau; Drupal website maintenance experience; and marketing and/or sales experience in a business-to-business environment preferred.
