Associate Director, Leasing Services and Ops  

 

Columbia University is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Leasing Services and Ops, to join its Residential Operations Team. Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the Student, Postdoctoral, and Residential Life housing divisions of University Apartment Housing and providing leadership to those divisions’ managers, coordinators, and support staff. The Associate Director will also provide operational support, reporting, and data analysis for the Faculty/Staff Housing Manager and the Manager of Off-Campus Housing. He/she will be responsible for the oversight of all leasing and renewal processes for residents and the implementation and enforcement of rental policies. Work closely with the Director to improve operational systems, processes, and policies by focusing on better management reporting, information flow and management, business process, and organizational planning.

 

Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 5 years’ related experience required.
