Position Description:

Serves as accounting and finance resource for the Center for Business Growth and Innovation (CBGI); creates and develops methods and procedures to collect client and partner feedback and metrics; analyzes client and partner feedback and provides recommendations and solutions for program managers to refine and further develop program offerings; provides accounting, operations, and metrics oversight to existing grants and other sources of revenue; identifies and evaluates grant and other funding opportunities for CBGI and prepares grant applications; provides professional financial and operational technical assistance to client businesses; and hires and supervises student staff.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field required.

Required Qualifications:

At least three years of management experience at the program or department level or business ownership experience; and experience in grant management and administration in a non-profit or public sector organization required.

Desirable Qualifications:

Experience in accounting or other forms of financial management/administration preferred.
