Job Description: Facility Managers are responsible for ensuring the safe and enjoyable operation of all drop-in recreation at the Student Recreation Center (SRC), as well as the North Recreation Complex/Boat House (NRC), Health Sciences Campus Recreation Center, and Blount Sports Complex (BSC). The Facilities Managers are responsible for monitoring the performance of other CRW student employees and reporting their progress to professional staff, and serves as an immediate contact person for employees during unusual situations or emergencies. Facility Managers represent CRW professional staff in their absence, and in doing so, operate with full authority of a professional staff member. They will serve as a mentor for other CRW employees to ensure a safe, enjoyable, clean, environment for members and their guests.


Minimum Qualifications: MUST be employed by Campus Recreation and Wellness in some capacity prior to applying to be a Facility Manager.
