Working Title Program Coordinator - Return of Title IV/Evaluation
Job Summary
We are currently seeking skilled and team-oriented applicants for the following position: Program Coordinator- Return of Title IV/Evaluation
Advise students, staff, the public and/or agencies on complex federal, state and university requirements and polices related to Financial Aid. Exercise independent judgment in interpreting and applying rules and regulations. Select and recommend alternative courses of action.
Coordinate the file evaluation process. Evaluate and award financial aid in accordance with federal, state and university polices and serve as the primary file evaluator for professional judgment situations.
Serve as the coordinator for the Return of Title IV funds process and perform all R2T4 calculations.
Provide loan support to the Program Supervisor II for Loans, including daily operations, NSLDS loan aggregate research and default monitoring.
Coordinate dependent care procedures and process housing adjustments/deferral of deposits.
Assist with public relations and outreach efforts.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
Specific Position Requirement: - Minimum of one-year of experience in financial aid, higher education, finance, accounting, lending, human resources, or customer service field.
- Candidate must demonstrate interest, ability and/or experience promoting cultural competency, universal accessibility and/or diversity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and experience in financial aid or higher education student services.
