The ideal candidate will be an experienced banking professional who will develop, implement and maintain the Bank's lending and retail and business banking deposit product lines. The candidate will possess extensive operational expertise in banking products and appropriate risk management practices, along with strong, proven project management, time management and organizational skills. Responsibilities include working collaboratively with internal departments and vendors, participating in setting product strategy, ongoing review of product lines and establishing best practices. Successful candidates will be service and goal oriented with excellent communication skills through all mediums.
