HRIS Manager



HRIS MANAGER, Human Resources-Information Systems (HRIS), to join the HR technology management team to provide both strategic and operational leadership in delivering and supporting HR systems and data requirements for MIT. The team partners with other central MIT offices and vendors to deliver integrated solutions that meet the business needs of central HR and HR professionals across MIT. To successfully manage a specific portfolio of work, the HRIS manager leads a small team of business and systems analysts, establishes priorities, provides technical leadership, and ensures that HR business processes are efficient and that HR information is accurate and secure. Will also act as an individual contributor providing business analysis, system support, reporting, and project management.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: a bachelor's degree; seven years' relevant experience, including experience managing staff; outstanding grasp of business analysis concepts and processes and project management; and strong communication skills. Direct experience with most of the following is required--ERP systems, SaaS systems, and HR data and reporting tools. Ability to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, collaborative environment with multiple and changing demands is also required. Direct experience with SAP and/or experience working in a higher education environment strongly preferred. Job #14789-Q
