Management Lecturer - Human Resources & Organizational Behavior

Responsibilities include (1) teaching human resource and organizational behavior courses (regular classroom, online, and distance learning settings); and (2) significant service to the department and the university (advising students and student clubs, assessment, and coordinating activities with the student chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, SHRM ).

Minimum Qualifications - knowledge, skills, and abilities
Minimum qualifications include: MBA / MS (from an AACSB accredited institution), current SHRM Senior Certified Professional ( SHRM - SCP ) or HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources ( SPHR ) certification, recent mid- to senior-level managerial experience that involved human resource management; and university-level teaching experience in management/human resource management courses. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a specialized area of human resource management (e.g., recruitment, training), and membership in SHRM .
