Job Summary | The position of Human Resources Manager will lead personnel operations in the Center for Clinical and Translational Science ( CCTS ) for over 40 CCTS staff members. This critical position will have primary responsibility for employee relations, position development and management, payroll and time management, and implementation of a space management plan in the CCTS . |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication, knowledge of KRONOS system, knowledge of SAP personnel management functions, and knowledge of UK HR policies and procedures. |

Preferred Education/Experience | Bachelor's degree and five years experience in human resources management. |
