COUNSEL, Office of the General Counsel (OGC), to provide advice, guidance and assistance on a wide range of legal issues at a complex research university. In particular, we are searching for a lawyer with sophisticated practice expertise in the following areas: gifts, trusts and estates, business and gift tax, finance, and nonprofit organizations. Will report to the Vice President and General Counsel.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: ten or more years in law practice; the ability to organize and manage multiple projects and prioritize competing client needs in an often-changing, cutting-edge environment; grounded judgment but highly flexible thinking; polished communication and diplomacy skills; and the ability to perceive and explain to non-lawyers, the practical application of law and policy in complex situations.
