Position Summary:

The Department of Computer Sciences teaches 18 graduate and 27 undergraduate courses, more than 28 labs, and discussion sections each semester. In addition, the department offers courses in the eight-week and twelve-week summer sessions. Ongoing growth is anticipated in enrollments, course offerings, and numbers of faculty.

The Instructional Program Director in CS is responsible for administering the department instructional program and for ensuring that instructional support services are in place to meet the needs of the students, teaching assistants (TAs), instructional academic staff and faculty. This position has budgetary accountability for Summer Programs, supervisory responsibilities for the Instructional/Student Services Support Team, a leadership role in Computer Sciences, and reports to the Chair.
