Responsible for investigating, reporting and training related to the following areas: Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Title IX and Americans with Disabilities Act. Assists the Chief Diversity Officer in the university's efforts to diversify its workforce; provides training on issues of employment discrimination, diversity, recruiting for diversity and equal opportunity.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education or experience. Minimum of 3 years progressively responsible experience in equal opportunity or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Comprehensive knowledge and experience investigating, reporting and training in the following areas: Equal Opportunity, Title IX, Affirmative Action, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Strong public speaking and report writing skills. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others. Excellent interpersonal skills.
