Job Summary:

Under general supervision, this position will function and serve as lead worker for the Sett Pub. Oversee quality food preparation, presentation and customer service. Guide and direct staff. Assist and oversee training and development of part time staff.

Requirements:

Must have taken one of the following sanitation exams within the last three years and received certification or license or be able to obtain certification/license during the six month probationary period:

1) ServSafe certification by the Educational Foundation of National Restaurant Association.
2) State of Wisconsin Food Manager's License from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals.
3) National Assessment Institute's (NAI) Certified Professional Food Manager Exam from Experior Assessment.

Schedule Comment:

Spring/Fall Semester schedule:
Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 7am - 3pm
Tuesday & Wednesday - Off
*Required to work each home footbal game for Badger Bash (hours Vary)
*Required to work other nights, weekends or other shifts based on operational needs.
