Job Summary:

Under the limited supervision of the Food Production Manager, this position guides and directs the production of sandwiches for all service units of the Wisconsin Union according to prescribed sanitation and service standards.

Requirements:

Must have one of the following sanitation exams within the last three years or able to obtain during the six month probationary period:

1) ServSafe certification by the Educational Foundation of National Restaurant Association.
2) State of Wisconsin Food Manager's License from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals.
3) National Assessment Institute's (NAI) Certified Professional Food Manager Exam from Experior Assessment.

Schedule Comment:

6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Monday through Friday

Weekends and special events per business needs.
