Degree and area of specialization:

Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work or health related field.

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

Ideal candidate will have experience with cognitive testing and interviewing. Previous work experience in customer service strongly preferred. Experience working with members of the senior community is desirable.

Position Summary:

The Wisconsin Registry for Alzheimer's Prevention (WRAP) is a longitudinal cohort study involving middle-aged adult children with parents diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. The main goal of WRAP is to understand the factors (biological, medical, environmental, and lifestyle choices) that increase a person's risk of developing Alzheimer's disease. The Study Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating study visits and providing support to study participants.

Additional Information:

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; as well as, the ability to work independently in a defined organizational structure is essential.
