Duties 1. Answer phones/check voicemail/email and refer inquiries from students, faculty, staff and the general public regarding established policies and procedures.
2. Interview, train and direct assigned student employees.
3. Perform general bookkeeping duties.
4. Assist in collecting and synthesizing assessment data.
5. Coordinate departmental functions such as meetings, workshops, events calendar, and seminars by scheduling facilities, preparing agendas, and arranging for services and equipment.
6. Prepare travel requests, vouchers, and reimbursements as requested for program director and staff.
7. Make travel arrangements for program director and staff.
8. Assist director with retrieving banner system information each semester.
9. Assist director with daily, monthly, and/or semester program correspondence.
10. Maintain inventory and order office supplies.
11. Perform routine office procedures such as scheduling and maintaining calendar of director and supporting projects.
12. Make copies and assemble documents for meeting or event preparations.
13. Schedule, advertise, and promote program events via campus wide distribution, community distribution, and social media distribution.
14. Create various reports, create flyers and brochures, mass mailings.
15. Initiate direct pays, purchase orders when needed.
16. Compile receipts, download records, and submit reports in Concur.
17. Input, retrieve, mail merge, and output data utilizing a computer to access various software programs.
18. Oversee purchasing card.
19. Occasionally work evenings and weekends.
20. Run errands on and off campus.
21. Instrumental in planning programs and events.
22. Update department policy and procedures manual as needed.
23. Update program website in conjunction with the University Web Content Manager.
24. Additional duties may be assigned.

6. Promote events, collaborate with campus and community resources.
7. Maintain records of current and prospective students.

4. Perform basic mathematical operations with accuracy.
