Depending on Qualifications

Degree and area of specialization:

Master's Degree required. Degree in biology, microbiology, molecular biology, genetics, or related science is preferred.

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

Experience in presentation of data and preparation of manuscripts is required. Two years of relevant research experience is required. Experience in microbiology, animal models, pharmacology, biochemistry, molecular biology, and microscopy is preferred.

License or Certificate:

Position Summary:

The Researcher will collaborate with the PI to perform experiments focused on antimicrobial resistance mechanisms, phenotypes, and therapy. The research will be carried out using in vitro and animal models. The Researcher will work with the PI to design experiments, develop new research techniques, and troubleshoot experimental obstacles. The principal investigator is Dr. David Andes.
