Job Summary:

Under general supervision manage and coordinate duplication operations for the University of Wisconsin Electrical & Computer Engineering Department (ECE) and other departments within the College of Engineering (COE) using state of the art duplicating machines. Development, maintenance and update of computerized records for budget management of duplicating and supply charges. Ordering and maintenance of supplies for duplication, instruction, research, and administration. Computer skills, database & bookkeeping knowledge and excellent communication/interpersonal skills required. Independent decision making, judgment, initiative and follow through necessary. Confidentially of sensitive items must be maintained.

This position provides service to one of the largest departments on the UW campus, to other departments in the COE as well as to the COE Dean's area. This position services approximately 80 faculty and academic staff, 25 classified, 70 teaching assistants, 80 research assistants, and 5 project assistants, many of whom are international.

Schedule Comment:

7:45 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday.
