Sales Representative

Arlington Machinery is looking for an energetic Entry-Level sales representative to buy and sell equipment primarily in the North American Market. This position is based out of Elk Grove Village, IL

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers within each customer and territory
• Reach agreed upon sales targets
• Demonstrate ability to identify sales opportunities and help make purchases of used equipment
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields a plus
• Familiarity with standard computer programs
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented
• Product knowledge not necessary, but a willingness to learn is.

 

Compensation:
Competitive salary plus commission.  Blue Cross/ Blue Shield PPO 401K with match
