Job Summary | The IS Technical Support Specialist III will develop and maintain a substance use treatment facility availability website with input from primary care providers and treatment facilities. This position requires experience in 1) Model-View-Controller architecture implemented with PHP and related frameworks; Drupal; HTML5 and responsive design methods; and testing applications.Collaborates with the team and clients to develop information architecture documentation during discovery and planning phases, and to produce well-scoped, feature-complete products. Regularly maintains timelines through detailed planning and deadline estimation. Represents the Web platform to clients, maintaining consistent communication throughout project development. Responsible for developing custom Drupal 7 modules and theme components, as well as patching existing contribution codes when necessary. Using design resources and information architecture documentation, produces html web-based interfaces. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Experience in Model-View-Controller architecture implemented with PHP and related frameworks, Drupal, HTML5 and responsive design methods, and testing applications. |
