About the College/Department
The Department of Intercollegiate Athletics at the University of Arkansas sponsors 19 varsity sports programs (eight men s and 11 women s). These 19 programs include more than 460 student-athletes who participate in the various sports programs annually within the National Collegiate Athletics Association ( NCAA ). As the only mascot of its kind in college athletics, the Arkansas Razorbacks, also known as Hogs, compete in the NCAA s Division I ( FBS in football) and are a current member of the Southeastern Conference in the Western Division. The mission of the Razorback Athletic Department is to assist in the development of student-athletes to their fullest potential through intercollegiate athletics.

Summary of Job Duties
The Athletic Facility Supervisor is responsible for the custodial maintenance of multiple athletic facilities during daily and or nightly activities and events. This position is a working custodial supervisor, at times working alone in specific zones to maintain facilities.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

- The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
- At least two years of experience in facility maintenance and construction, including one year in a supervisory or leadership capacity
