St. Norbert College has an opening for a Program Coordinator in Residential Education and Housing responsible for creating, implementing, and assessing programs, to include: residential programming; living-learning programs; and residential communities within a liberal arts campus. In addition, the Program Coordinator is responsible for managing the operation, programs, and services of two residence halls. This includes: providing leadership, assisting students in personal and intellectual development, selecting/supervising/evaluating student hall staff, and adjudicating the student conduct process for the assigned halls. This is a twelve month, live-in position. Meal stipend and apartment included.

The preferred candidate will possess a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration or College Student Personnel Management and 1-3 years of directly related experience in residential education and student development. Prior experience as a Residence Hall Director is a plus.
