Recruitment Coordinator, OCPD

The Office of Career & Professional Development (OCPD) seeks a Recruitment Coordinator. The Recruitment Coordinator's primary responsibilities are to oversee, organize and implement the OCPD Fall and Spring Recruitment Programs, as well as other recruitment initiatives requiring extensive interaction with employers and students. Other significant responsibilities include additional employer outreach to a number of employer sectors, the collection and reporting of employment statistics for use in various reports, and overseeing the operation of the office's recruitment database. The Recruitment Coordinator will work closely with the Assistant Dean and other staff and may supervise one part-time assistant during the fall and/or the employment statistics collection process.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (or significant work toward a bachelor's degree) required.
Minimum Requirements:
One or more years of experience coordinating recruitment and/or related programming preferred. Strong organization and interpersonal skills, as well as attention to detail, are essential to this position. Experience with computer programs, particularly Symplicity and/or other databases, and all aspects of Microsoft Office, including Word, WordPerfect and Excel is required. Some travel required.
