JOB POSITION TITLE: Specialist Professor

DEPARTMENT: Biology

Full Time

JOB DUTIES: Teach 12 load hours per semester in course areas determined by the Department Chair. Direct undergraduate research project, cooperative education or internship. Advise biology majors as assigned. Attend Department, School and University faculty meetings. Other service to Department as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: Doctoral degree in Biology or a related field. Experience working in health or allied health field. Experience teaching Anatomy and Physiology at the university level. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Ph.D. or DPT degree.
