We are seeking a Full Time Instructional Technology Coordinator who will integrate and promote new and emerging instructional technologies with an emphasis on online, hybrid, and web-enhanced courses.

Responsibilities include:
Develop, deliver, and coordinate faculty and staff training for various instructional technologies.
Serve as the College's representative to professional groups within the Wisconsin Technical College System, ensuring coordination of technology resources.
Coordinate, schedule, and promote distance learning including interactive television (ITV) and Blackboard or other academic online content management systems.
Produce, distribute, and maintain user documents and training materials related to instructional technologies.
Provide technical support and expertise in utilizing instructional technologies to faculty and staff.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or related field required. Master's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or Educational Technology or related field preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge and application of adult learning theory, instructional design, and appropriate use of synchronous and asynchronous instructional technology required.
Demonstrate effective work standards by setting high standards of performance for self and others; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.
Exhibit technical/professional knowledge and skills by having achieved a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas; keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise.
Initiate action taking prompt action to accomplish objectives; taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required; being proactive.
