Coordinator, Gifts Administration

Description:
The Coordinator, Gifts Administration is responsible for interdepartmental communication by acting as the daily, operational liaison between the WAMU individual giving department and the fundraising software company, Team Approach. Responsibilities include daily monitoring of data entry accuracy and organization and filing of records. Prioritizes and coordinates the work flow of three gifts specialists and part-time staff. The position will focus on the implementation of the most efficient use of the donor relationship management system, Team Approach, allowing management staff to conduct timely and accurate analysis of strategic and financial development objectives. This position will coordinate electronic (via the internet), data integration into Team Approach with vendors such as WAMU s-credit card processing vendor, bank of record-lockbox processing vendor, national call center vendor for inbound donations, national outbound telemarketing call center, and the processing of eMembership/web donation through WAMU s online fundraising service provider.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent in training or experience.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 3 years relevant work experience. 1-2 years supervisory experience. Proficient in fundraising database applications and spreadsheets. Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage many projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Position required a person who is results and detailed oriented, self-motivated, highly organized and flexible. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, as well as analytical and research skills required.
Preferred Requirements:
Previous experience working in public broadcasting station highly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with Team Approach database software preferred.
