Description:
The Materials Specialist performs ordering, receiving, accounting, and inventory control activities within the materials supply operation to support Facilities Management.
Educational Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent in experience.

Minimum Requirements:
2-3 years experience in a business/warehouse setting required. Must be able to communicate to a diverse audience in both written and oral form, providing excellent customer service. Strong problem solving and organizational skills, along with attention to detail are a must. Must be highly skilled in use of computer technology to gather, analyze, and present management information.
Additional Information:
The Materials Specialist must be able to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs., and must be eligible to qualify for university driving insurance.
