Description:
The Volleyball Assistant works under the direction of the head coach to assist in all aspects associated with the operation of a successful NCAA Division I program. Specifically, the Assistant will assist in coaching athletes in particular positions (front court or back court) as determined by experience and at the direction of head coach; assist with recruiting, administrative communications & office organization; supervise and manage the program s video equipment & video library. This position works under general supervision.
Educational Requirements:
A Bachelor s Degree or the equivalent in training or experience is required.

Minimum Requirements:
One to three years playing and/or coaching experience at the collegiate or professional level is required.

Person must possess skill knowledge and enthusiasm and have a background in college/professional and/or club volleyball.

Preferred Requirements:
It is preferred that the candidates have previous collegiate or professional coaching experience.
