ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
The Office of the Provost and Vice President for Academic
Affairs at
applicants for a 12-month professional faculty position to serve
as Assistant Director of Financial Management. This position
reports to the Executive Director of Financial Management and
Policy, who provides leadership and oversight for the fiscal
operations of the Office of the Provost and the fifteen colleges,
schools and units reporting to the Provost. The primary duties of
this position include managing the Provosts budget; assisting in
developing a fiscal year budget plan for areas under the Provost;
assisting with financial management, planning and analysis;
providing fiscal assistance and training to the Monroe Park
Campus fiscal administrators; coordinating the universitys
Higher Education Equipment Trust Fund program and Student
Technology Fee allocation process; coordinating fiscal year-end
E&G budget and expenditure projections; and developing ad hoc
financial reports/analyses.
