Registrar

Saint Mary s College, Notre Dame, IN seeks to fill its position of College Registrar. The Registrar has primary responsibility for insuring the security and integrity of student data, records and the College transcript; all functions related to registration, enrollment certification, degrees awarded, graduation processing; maintenance of degree audit system; MIAA/Athletic compliance; and policies governing disclosure of student information (including FERPA). Master's level degree. Qualifications include: A minimum five years experience as a registrar or associate/assistant registrar or closely related position, demonstrated knowledge and experience in the use and management of complex student information systems, including the ability to build general education and major/minor programs of study (SunGard Higher Education/Banner experience strongly preferred); and demonstrated knowledge and experience in the use of report-writing software, preferably Argos.
