Job Description: Facilitators help lead a variety of groups through fun and challenging teambuilding activities on our low element challenge course and Alpine Tower. Strong communication skills, leadership skils, and problem-sloving skills are required. Staff members plan, adapt to the needs of group, set-up, and supervise use of the course. An apprenticeship training process is required for all candidates.


Minimum Qualifications: 1) A desire to improve leadership skills 2) Good comunication skills 3) Motivated, energetic, & enthusiastic 4) Average physical condition 5) Very comfortable working outdoors 6) Strong desire to learn new skills 6) In good academic standing.
