Stony Brook University Hospital's FSA/Department of Food and Nutritional Services seeks a Registered Dietician/DTR. This position is responsible for supervision of the daily operation of Patient Food Service, which includes overseeing the Diet Office computer system, maintaining patients' menus, and providing nutritional analysis of current and new menu items. Required: Registered Dietitian or Registered Diet Tech, minimum of three years of related experience; and a working knowledge of therapeutic diets and food allergies. Must be able to work a flexible shift schedule.
