Job Description: In addition to answering the ECU Switchboard, other duties include, but is not limited to, running errands, filing, sorting/ distributing mail and other assigned duties.
Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must possess the ability to handle very high volume of calls each day with great customer service skills. Should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant telephone voice. Candidate will be expected to operate a state vehicle; therefore a NC Driver's License is required. Must be dependable, highly motivated and committed.
