Job Description: Hours are 7:30AM-11:30AM daily
Duties involve phone assistance (incoming calls and routing messages via phone and paging systems); office errands; setting up A/V equipment; distributing mail; updating EMG database; collating projects; updating department BlackBoard site; assistance with special projects (updating various databases, tasks related to accreditation reviews, transcribing documents).
Rehab Medicine is a busy clinical office, serving eight faculty physicians and physician extenders and nineteen residents. Setting is the Regional Rehabilitation Center at Pitt County Memorial Hospital; however we provide services at a number of outpatient clinics as well. We request a student worker who is dependable, self-motivated and eager to learn.
Minimum Qualifications: To be eligible for FEDERAL WORK STUDY positions, students MUST BE QUALIFIED and RECEIVE a FEDERAL WORK STUDY AWARD from the ECU Financial Aid Office (Old Cafeteria Complex, 252-328- 6610.
