Working with faculty and staff in academic and non-academic units regarding space utilization and space planning is part of ECU's integrated strategic planning process. that will figure more prominently than ever in our accreditation relationship; this position is critical to that effort. Accreditation associations have focused attention to the use of integration and alignment of strategic, College, Unit, and University plans that are clearly supported by adequate space. This position will work to document a process of review and enhancement that includes the collection and use of data for on-going analysis of outcomes regarding space utilization. This position reports directly to the Director of Institutional Planning and will be asked to serve as a member of institutional and divisional committees, task forces, and councils.
