The candidate must be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church. Other qualities desired: must possess well-developed and refined interpersonal skills, a collaborative leadership style, competency in professional staff development, expertise in budgeting and financial management, and eager to engage a seasoned faculty with a diverse student body. The candidate must possess a Master's Degree in Education with certification in Mid-Management and at least five years of administrative experience (Catholic school preferred).
