NURSING DEPT CHAIR: The College of Science and Health at Utah Valley University invites applications for a tenure-track Nursing faculty position that will begin with an 11 month term as Nursing department chair. Incumbent will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in nursing while overseeing the nursing program and directing departmental operations. Doctorate in Nursing or related field with masters degree from an accredited NLN/AC/CCNE program, licensure or eligibility for licensure in State of Utah, minimum five years experience in nursing education and record of scholarly activity required. The Department of Nursing at UVU has 18 full-time faculty members and offers B.S. and M.S. degrees. Our program emphasizes innovative and outstanding teaching. We also expect our faculty members to engage in research projects that build their expertise and enhance the education of our students.
